What happens to my current cellular plan? Do I pay twice?
No. When the service is activated, we port your number into the system, which cancels the plan with your current carrier — so there's no double payment for the number.
Does it work in every country?
Yes — as long as you have an internet connection, it doesn't matter where in the world you are.
Do I receive verification codes from my bank?
Yes, that's exactly one of the main reasons for the service — incoming SMS, including verification codes and personal alerts, reach you as usual.
Do I need a strong internet connection for this to work?
A standard internet connection is enough — home Wi-Fi, a standard local data plan, or office internet.
What happens when I return to Israel?
You don't need to do anything — everything keeps working exactly as it did before.
How much does it cost?
₪55 per month per number, VAT included and with no commitment. It covers unlimited incoming calls and incoming SMS, 50 minutes of outgoing calls to Israel per month and up to 25 outgoing SMS. Beyond that, calls to Israeli landlines and mobiles are ₪0.08 per minute.
